Anger is not always an irrational or unhealthy emotion. In fact, it often makes complete sense given what a person has been through.
What this program offers is something different: an opportunity to understand your anger, gain insight into where it comes from, and learn how to manage its expression so it has less impact on you — and on the people around you.
Understanding Anger is a structured, psychologist-led group designed to help men explore the roots of their anger, recognise the patterns and triggers behind it, build practical emotional regulation skills, and respond more constructively under pressure and in relationships.
This program offers a calm, respectful space to explore anger without judgement — with a focus on insight, accountability, and strategies you can actually use in everyday life.
Many men notice that frustration, irritability, or emotional overload affects their relationships, their work, or their sense of being in control. If that sounds familiar, this group was designed with you in mind.
