About Paul

I’ve lived and worked in the Riverina for over two decades, with experience as both a registered nurse and a psychologist in mental health. My work is practical and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based care and shaped around what matters to you. Together, we focus on understanding what’s been happening and finding approaches that fit your needs, pace, and goals.

Therapeutic approach

I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These are used flexibly, and only when they feel appropriate for you.

A safe and supportive space

I’m dedicated to creating a safe, confidential space where clients can explore their challenges, gain deeper insight, and discover a clear way forward.

Outside the therapy room

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, being in or near the water, and reading widely. I’m curious by nature, and value continuous learning, both personally and professionally.
