Clinical Supervision

I am a Board-Approved Supervisor with experience supporting psychologists other mental health clinicians across a range of settings. My approach to clinical supervision is structured, reflective, and grounded in the evidence-based models endorsed by the Psychology Board of Australia.

Competency-Based Supervision

Clinical supervision focuses on building and strengthening core professional competencies. Together, we identify areas of confidence and areas for development, set clear goals, and work in a structured way to support safe, ethical, and effective practice.

Reflective Practice

A central element of supervision is reflective practice. This involves exploring clinical reasoning, emotional responses, values, and the relational dynamics that influence therapeutic work. Reflective supervision supports deeper understanding, sound judgement, and professional growth.

Developmental Approach

Supervision is tailored to your stage of professional development. Whether you are consolidating foundational skills or refining advanced practice, the balance of guidance, challenge, and autonomy shifts as competence and confidence develop.
