Leadership & Management Supervision

In addition to clinical supervision, I offer leadership and management supervision for new, emerging, and experienced leaders in health and human services. Drawing on my Master of Healthcare Leadership and extensive experience in leadership development, service integration, and organisational change, I support leaders to strengthen their effectiveness within complex systems.

Leadership supervision provides a structured, confidential space to step back from day-to-day pressures and think clearly about leadership practice. Sessions may focus on decision-making, communication, managing performance and capability, leading teams through change, navigating organisational dynamics, and developing a clear and credible leadership style.

This form of supervision is particularly valuable for clinicians in leadership roles, managers transitioning into senior positions, or experienced leaders seeking a reflective and strategic space to refine their approach.
